The biltong has a light coating of coarse coriander and a salty, slightly meaty taste with a mild coriander note.

Apply 40-50 g Rangers Biltong Spice per 1 kg meat strips. Rub spice into meat strips. Leave in fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight. Hang meat to dry.
