The procurement team travel globally to negotiate and source the finest raw materials. Central in supplying the best quality products at affordable prices, is our specialised system of forecasting, coupled with constant monitoring of local and international events that impact supply.
We adhere to the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) program to ensure supplier compliance. We are proud of our integrated procurement program which allows for tracing materials, through the supply chain, back to source. Incorporating all role players guarantees sustainable sources of supply. Control of quality standards is supported by product testing done at accredited laboratories providing a reliable COA (certificate of analysis).
We are compliant with international standards and aim continuously to improve on quality of ingredients, packaging and processing.
PRODUCTION AND WAREHOUSING
Our advanced production facility is housed in 12 000 m² and incorporates milling, production and laboratory facilities.
The multi-storey blending unit includes a variety of blender types and sizes to provide versatility for different product densities, specifications and batch sizes.
Our main warehousing includes computerised picking systems to facilitate modern techniques for batch tracking and full lot traceability.

Deli Spices Supply Chain has been designed to enable the business to supply our customer’s needs on time, in full and within the shortest possible time.
With our Head Office and Manufacturing facilities in Cape Town, Distribution Centres in the North in Johannesburg and South in Cape Town, we are well positioned to reliably supply our products both locally and across our borders into Africa.
The primary focus in our Supply Chain Operations is the efficient and cost effective flow of product to our branches, agents and customers.
Our Operations and Supply Chain are enabled by World Class ERP and WMS systems and processes to support our ongoing quest to deliver World Class Customer Service to our customers.
