Deli Spices offers an large flavour range of Ready To Mix (RTM) marinades.

METHOD: Add the Ready Pack to the water while stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Add the oil and mix thoroughly. Allow to stand to thicken. Add 1 kg marinade to 4 kg meat.

MEATBLOCK: Water: 2.000 kg, Oil (optional): 0.200 kg, Ready Pack: 1.000 kg, TOTAL: 3.200 kg
