CUMIN ROASTED CARROTS & LENTILS

YIELD: Serves 6 - 8

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) Oil
  • 1 kg Baby carrots
  • 150 g (2 cups) Lentils, brown, cooked
  • 40 g Veggie Seasoning (04650010)
  • 5 g Cumin Ground (32390010)

METHOD

1. Preheat an oven to 180°C. 2. Add the oil, carrots, lentils, Veggie Seasoning and Cumin Ground to a roasting tray and mix through. 3. Roast for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
