CHICKEN WINGS MARINADED
YIELD: Serves 6
INGREDIENTS
- 200 ml Water
- 200 g Marrakesh Marinade/Glaze RTM R/P (07096010)
- 20 ml (4 tsp) Oil, optional
- 1.5 kg Chicken wings
METHOD
1. Preheat an oven to 180°C. 2. Add water to Marrakesh Marinade/Glaze RTM R/P while stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Add in the oil and mix through. 3. Allow to stand for ± 15 minutes to thicken. 4. Place the chicken wings in an over dish and pour marinade over. Mix well to coat evenly. Place in the oven and cook for 35 - 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked and marinade is sticky and caramelized. Chef’s Tip: To ensure even cooking, do not stack wings.
