CHICKEN WINGS DRY RUB

YIELD: Serves 6

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 kg Chicken wings
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) Oil
  • 75 g Chicken Spice II (04647030)

METHOD

1. Mix together the chicken wings, oil and Chicken Spice II in a large bowl until all wings are coated well. 2. Cook on open grill for 25 - 35 minutes turning every ± 5 minutes. 3. Remove from grill and place in a serving dish to serve. 4. Serve with a combination of 1:2 parts Cape Fruit Sosatie Marinade (07544040) and Delinnaise (07663050). Chef’s Tip: Use Chicken Dust Mild (07230010) for a variation.
