CHEESECAKE
YIELD: Yield: ± 2.4 kg (± 12 x 200 ml cups)
INGREDIENTS
- 400 g Tennis® Biscuits, crushed
- 160 g Butter/Margarine, melted
- 1500 ml (6 cups) Milk, Long Life
- 500 g (1 Sachet) Cheesecake Powder (08961030)
METHOD
1. Mix the crushed Tennis® Biscuits with the melted butter. 2. Spoon the mixture into the individual dessert cups and press down to form a base. Set aside. 3. Add the milk to the Cheesecake Powder in a bowl. 4. Beat with an electric beater for ± 5 minutes on medium to high speed. 5. Spoon equal amounts of the cheesecake mixture into each cup. 6. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
