BRAAIWORS

YIELD: Serves 8

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 kg Braaiwors, made using Boskamp™/Bushcamp™ Braaiwors (03808010)
  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp) Oil
  • 600 g Corn riblets
  • 15 g (1 Tbsp) Garlic & Herb Sprinkle (04094010)
  • 50 g Butter, melted
  • 400 g Pickled beetroot, quartered

METHOD

1 Place the braaiwors on an open grill to cook for 5 - 8 minutes on each side depending on the thickness, turning halfway through. 2 Heat the oil in a griddle pan and add the corn riblets. Grill over medium to high heat for 8 - 10 minutes on each side or until charred and cooked through. Remove from heat. 3 Mix the Garlic & Herb Sprinkle and melted butter together. 4 Brush the melted butter mixture over the corn riblets and serve with the braaiwors and pickled beetroot.
