BRAAI PLATTER SCGS GRILLED CHICKEN

YIELD: Serves 8 - 10

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 kg Chicken quarters
  • 30 ml (2 Tbsp) Oil
  • 60 g (4 Tbsp) Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™

METHOD

Mix together the chicken portions, oil and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ in a large bowl until all the pieces are coated well. Cook on open grill for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through, turning every 3-5 minutes. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 180 °C, place the chicken in an oven dish and roast for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for ± 5 minutes before serving. Chef's Tip: For more tender chicken, tumble portions in Tender Fresh ZA Brine (01507070) before seasoning.
