400 g (2 packets) Marie biscuits, crushed
160 g (2/3 cup) Butter/Margarine, melted
500 g (1 sachet) Strawberry Flavoured Mousse (08956030)
1 l (4 cups) Milk, chilled
150 g (1 packet) Marshmallows, mini
Mix the crushed Marie biscuits with the melted butter. Spoon the mixture into the base of a half insert or individual containers and press down with a spoon to form a compressed base. Refrigerate for ± 15 minutes. Add the Strawberry Flavoured Mousse to the milk in a mixing bowl and whisk for ± 10 minutes or until the mixture is whipped and forms soft peaks. Spoon the mousse mixture onto the biscuit base and spread to form a smooth layer. Layer the marshmallows on top of the mousse. Refrigerate for ± 3 hours before serving.
