STICKY BBQ RIBS & MEDITERRANEAN LAMB CHOPS

INGREDIENTS
STICKY BBQ RIBS
- 3 kg Beef ribs
- 40 g Beef Stock Powder (08266010)
- 2 cups Water
- 250 g Sticky BBQ Marinade/Glaze RTM R/P (07075010)
- 3 Tbsp Oil
MEDITERRANEAN LAMB CHOPS
- 1⅔ cups Water
- 200 g Mediterranean Marinade/Glaze RTM R/P (07206010)
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- 2.4 kg Lamb chops
METHOD
1. For the ribs: Place the ribs in a large pot with enough water to cover. Add the Beef Stock Powder. Bring to the boil and cook for 45 - 60 minutes or until tender. 2. Add the water to the Sticky BBQ Marinade/Glaze RTM R/P while stirring continuously to avoid any lumps. Add in the oil and mix through. Allow to stand for ± 15 minutes to thicken. 3. Preheat an oven to 220°C. 4. Neatly cut the ribs between the bones to separate. Place in a large roasting tray and add the Sticky BBQ Marinade. Mix to coat the ribs. 5. Roast in the oven for ± 20 minutes (turning after ± 10 minutes) or cook on the braai/grill for ± 5 minutes on each side or until sticky. 1. For the chops: Add the water to the Mediterranean Marinade/Glaze RTM R/P while stirring continuously to avoid any lumps. Add in the oil and mix through. Allow to stand for ± 15 minutes to thicken. 3. Add marinade to lamb chops in a mixing bowl. Mix well to coat evenly. 4. Cook chops in pan or on braai/grill over medium to high heat for 3 - 5 minutes on each side or until cooked,
