KAMEELDORING™ & VEGETABLE BAKE
YIELD: Serves 8-10
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg Kameeldoring™ Bangers, made using Kameeldoring™ Boerewors (03297010)
- 350 g (± 35) Cherry tomatoes
- 240 g (3 small) Baby marrows
- 900 g (1 medium) Butternut, cubed/sliced
- 250 g (1 head) Garlic
- 200 g (8 medium) Patty pans
- 400 g (4 small) Red onions
- 300 g (3 small) Red peppers
- 190 ml (¾ cup) Oil
- 30 g (4¼ Tbsp) Veggie Seasoning (04650010)
METHOD
1. Preheat an oven to 180°C. 2. Place the Kameeldoring™ Bangers and vegetables in a full insert and drizzle with the oil. 3. Sprinkle the Veggie Seasoning over the bangers and vegetables. 4. Bake for ± 60 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Chef’s Tip: Make sure that the vegetables are cut to similar sizes to ensure even cooking.
