CRUMBED CHIICKEN

INGREDIENTS
CRUMBED CHICKEN STRIPS
- 20 g Egg-free Dip R/P (06009010)
- ⅓ cup Water
- 8 Chicken breast fillets, cut into strips
- 130 g Italian Cheese Flavoured Crumb (06160050)
SEASONED POTATO CHIPS
- 1 kg Potato chips, frozen
- 50 g BBQ Chip Sprinkle (04119010)
RUSSIANS
- 6 Russians (made using Alpha Russian R/P – 02932020)
DIPPING SAUCES
- ½ cup Tomato Sauce (07622040)
- ½ cup Mustard Sauce (07611040)
- ½ cup Delinnaise ( 07663050)
METHOD
Mix together the Egg-free Dip and water. Pour the Italian Cheese Flavoured Crumb onto a plate. Dip the chicken strips into the egg-free dip and then coat with the crumb. Place the coated chicken strips into a fryer with the basket fully submerged in oil. Do not stack the chicken in the basket. Deep-fry in batches at 160°C for ± 4 - 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Deep-fry potato chips at 175ºC for ± 5 minutes or until golden. Remove from oil and season with BBQ Chip Sprinkle. Serve crumbed strips, Russians and chips hot with Tomato Sauce, Mustard Sauce and Delinnaise for dipping.
