BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE

INGREDIENTS
BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE
- 500 g (1 sachet) Master Sweet Batter R/P (08169030)
- 200 g Butter/Margarine, cubed
- 500 g Blueberries
- 1 cup Shimmering Berrilicious Coulis (07667020)
SOFT WHIPPED CREAM
- 125 g (¼ sachet) Deli Whip™ Imitation Cream Powder with Palm Kernel Fat (06851030)
- 1 cup Milk / Water
METHOD
Preheat an oven to 180°C. Place the Master Sweet Batter into a mixing bowl and rub in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Grease one large serving dish or 8 individual dishes with non-stick spray. Layer a third of the crumb mixture onto the base of the dishes. Do not press the mixture down. Mix together the blueberries and the Shimmering Berrilicious Coulis and spoon evenly over the crumb layer. Layer the remaining two thirds of the crumb mixture over the blueberry mixture. Bake for ± 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to stand for ± 20 minutes before serving. To make the soft whipped cream: Whisk the Deli Whip™ Imitation Cream Powder into the milk or water for ± 2 -5 minutes or until thickened. Serve with the blueberry crumble.
